We have developed our own software to organize after-sales operation and to keep customers updated at every moment.
Preventive Maintenance Module
This module helps us to keep track of the contract and check every single task whether it is upcomming or pending. We customize daily, weekly, monthly, annual and more tasks using your product categories.
On Demand Tickets Module
If you request the access to this module you will be able to open online tickets to keep track about your maintenance process. Every time you open a ticket you will be able to see the open date, ticket current status and a table that shows change over time. Moreover you will have a message box where you can exchange messages and files with our employees.
Technician Schedule Module

This module allows us to add technicians with access to the system and assign them to tickets once a visit is scheduled. Our technicians will stay up to date with all tickets and tasks, and they are always able to keep you updated until your ticket is closed.
